Notification Channels

ArtCalendar Pro Pro lets you receive updates exactly where you need them—choose between in-app notifications, email, SMS, or a combination for each action.

Channel Types​

  • In-app: Pop-up banners and notification center inside ArtCalendar Pro Pro. Ideal for real-time workflow changes.
  • Email: Summaries or instant alerts sent to your inbox. Great for off-site or mobile work.
  • SMS: Short alert messages for urgent reminders or tasks, delivered directly to your mobile.

Customizing Channels​

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. For each notification type (assignment, comment, document, etc.), select one or more delivery channels
  3. Adjust for each user, team, or role as needed
  4. Save changes

Tip Use SMS only for time-sensitive operations—this helps minimize notification overload.
