Managing Roles & Permissions
Define exactly who can access, edit, or administer resources in your ArtCalendar Pro Pro workspace. Proper role management keeps projects secure and workflows efficient.
What you can do
- Assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer, Guest, etc.) to team members
- Customize permissions for specific actions, entities, or projects
- Update or revoke access as teams change
- Audit which actions each role can perform globally or per-entity
How to manage roles and permissions
- Go to Team Collaboration in Settings or Admin Console
- Open the Roles & Permissions tab
- Assign default roles or create custom ones for your workspace
- Configure permissions for each role as needed (read, create, edit, delete, export)
- Save and notify users if permissions change
Best practice Use the fewest permissions necessary for each role to reduce security risk, and review team roles periodically as projects evolve.
