Group Overview

Groups in ArtCalendar Pro Pro help you organize people for any collective activity, such as a band, orchestra section, production crew, or project-specific team. By creating a group, you can quickly manage participation, communication, and event assignment for multiple contacts at once.

What you can do

• Create and name a new group for any purpose
• Assign multiple members to groups, each with a clear role (e.g., musician, manager, technician, guest)
• Update the group roster as your project or production evolves
• Link entire groups to events or projects for fast scheduling and communication

Example

For a "Jazz Festival 2024," create one group for performers, one for technical staff, and one for guest speakers. Assign each group its contacts to speed up event invitations, notifications, and resource allocation.
