Creating a Group

Use groups to simplify coordination for ensembles, crews, or project teams in any production.

What you can do

• Provide a group name, description, and category
• Start with an empty roster or assign initial members right away
• Add a group leader or manager for communication

How to create a group

1. Go to the Groups section
2. Click Create group
3. Enter relevant details (name, type, description)
4. (Optional) Add members or assign a leader
5. Save

Tip Set descriptive names, such as "Main Stage Crew" or "Violin Section," for clarity especially on multi-project or festival workspaces.
