Linking Groups to Events or Projects

Save time by adding an entire group to an event, rehearsal, meeting, or project. With one click, all members are scheduled and notified.

What you can do

  • Assign a group to any event or project
  • Instantly invite or schedule all group members
  • Track group participation and attendance
  1. Go to the event or project profile
  2. Find the Participants or Groups tab
  3. Click Add group
  4. Select the group from your directory
  5. Adjust notifications or roles as needed
  6. Save

Tip Linking groups speeds up invitations and ensures no one is missed—especially useful for recurring bookings or festival programming.
