Account Setup and Personalization
After you sign in, you can configure your profile and your workspace from Settings. This page focuses on the settings that are already available in the app and matter most for a correct first setup.
Profile settings (language, timezone, avatar)
In Settings → Profile, you can:
- Update your first name and last name
- Change the app language
- Set currency and timezone (affects dates/times and money formatting)
- Upload a profile picture
- Manage newsletter preferences
- Review connected OAuth accounts (Google / Microsoft, when used)
Security settings (password)
In Settings → Security, you can change your password (current password required). Two-factor authentication (2FA) is not available yet in the current UI.
Workspace / account settings
In Settings → Account, account owners can view and adjust workspace-level settings and see information about the current plan.
Team setup (invite members, roles)
In Settings → Team, you can invite people to your workspace and manage members/invitations. Roles used by ArtCalendar Pro Pro include:
- OWNER: full control of the workspace
- ADMIN: manage most settings and data
- MEMBER: standard access
- BILLING: billing/subscription-related access
- GUEST: restricted access
Some team features can be limited by your subscription plan. If inviting is locked, ArtCalendar Pro Pro will guide you to the subscription page.
Integrations and notifications
Depending on your configuration and plan, you can also manage:
- Integrations (for example calendar providers)
- Notifications preferences
