How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page; follow the instructions sent to your registered email.

How do I invite a new user to my workspace?

Go to Team Collaboration > Invite User, enter their email, assign a role, and send the invitation.

Can I recover deleted data?

Deleted contacts, projects, and some records may be recoverable by admins from the audit log or recycle bin (if enabled). Permanent deletion is irreversible.

What devices and browsers are supported?

ArtCalendar Pro Pro works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). Mobile browsers and tablets are supported, but some advanced features may be desktop-only.

How do I get support?

Contact your workspace admin, or use the in-app support/contact form. For urgent or advanced cases, email ArtCalendar Pro Pro support.
