Workflow Troubleshooting

These solutions address common user issues or blockers in ArtCalendar Pro Pro. If the problem persists, contact your workspace admin or support.

Why can't I assign a contact to a group or event?

  • Ensure the contact is active (not archived/deleted).
  • Verify you have edit rights for both the group/event and the contact.
  • Groups/events linked to another workspace are not cross-assignable.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

  • Check notification preferences (see managing notifications).
  • Make sure your email is verified and not blocked.
  • For urgent workflows, enable SMS or in-app banners.

Export/download button is missing?

  • Exports may require specific permissions—ask an admin for access.
  • Some exports require filters to be set first.

How to escalate issues?

  • Use the support form or contact your workspace admin with screenshots and a description of the issue.
