Workflow Troubleshooting
These solutions address common user issues or blockers in ArtCalendar Pro Pro. If the problem persists, contact your workspace admin or support.
Why can't I assign a contact to a group or event?
- Ensure the contact is active (not archived/deleted).
- Verify you have edit rights for both the group/event and the contact.
- Groups/events linked to another workspace are not cross-assignable.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
- Check notification preferences (see managing notifications).
- Make sure your email is verified and not blocked.
- For urgent workflows, enable SMS or in-app banners.
Export/download button is missing?
- Exports may require specific permissions—ask an admin for access.
- Some exports require filters to be set first.
How to escalate issues?
- Use the support form or contact your workspace admin with screenshots and a description of the issue.
