  • Upload and organize one or more files per company
  • Tag documents (e.g., contract, permit, insurance)
  • Download, preview, or remove files as needed
  • Share files across multiple company or contact profiles

How to add company files

  1. Open the company profile from Companies
  2. Go to the Documents tab
  3. Click Add document
  4. Select a file and enter a description
  5. Save

Best practice Tag documents accurately to speed up audits or compliance checks. Use descriptive filenames for clarity.
