Resources in ArtCalendar Pro Pro represent all types of equipment, locations, vehicles, or technical assets you need to manage productions and events. Each resource profile holds specifications, availability, event bookings, and usage history. Keeping resource data up-to-date helps prevent conflicts and ensures every show or project runs smoothly.
What you can do
- Add and manage equipment, spaces, vehicles, or any logistical asset
- Track availability, bookings, and usage over time
- Assign resources to events or projects (backline, studios, cars, venues)
- Store supporting documents and specifications
Example
