Groups Overview

Groups let you organize contacts into ensembles, bands, production crews, or project-specific teams. Each group profile manages members, roles, event participation, and communication preferences.

What you can do

  • Create and update groups
  • Assign contacts to multiple groups with different roles
  • Track participation across projects or events
  • Communicate updates and link group resources

Example

For a musical show, create a group for the band, another for the technical crew, and another for outside collaborators, each with correct members and roles.
