Creating a Project

Set up a new project to manage all production or organizational activities in one place.

What you can do

  • Register a new project profile
  • Define objectives, dates, and main team
  • Link companies, contacts, events, or resources immediately
  • Prepare the project record for tracking finances, documents, and progress

How to create a project

  1. Go to the Projects section from the main menu
  2. Click Create project
  3. Enter core details (title, timeframe, project owner, description)
  4. Save
  5. Add events, assign tasks, upload documents or link companies as you build out the project

Tip Start simple. You can add more associations and documentation as the project develops.
