Linking Contacts to a Project

Assign musicians, technical staff, partners, or contractors to each project for seamless coordination.

What you can do

  • Connect individual contacts or entire groups to a project
  • Assign roles or responsibilities (tour manager, soloist, driver, etc.)
  • Edit, update, or remove contacts as the lineup evolves
  1. Select the project from the Projects section
  2. Go to the Contacts tab
  3. Click Link contact
  4. Choose from the directory or create a new contact
  5. Specify the role or responsibility
  6. Save

Best practice Keep roles and responsibilities accurate to ensure the right people get notifications, schedules, and documents during project execution.
