Project Documents

Centralize all essential materials (schedules, contracts, production notes, tech riders) relevant to each project. Documents found here are accessible to all assigned contacts, companies, and project members.

What you can do

  • Upload and organize one or more files per project
  • Tag documents for clarification (e.g., "schedule," "insurance," "sound check list")
  • Download, preview, or remove files at any time

How to add project documents

  1. Open the project profile from Projects
  2. Go to the Documents tab
  3. Click Add document
  4. Select a file and enter details or notes
  5. Save

Tip Use clear descriptions and tags to keep project files organized and easy to find during fast-paced production processes.
