Managing Project Events
All events (shows, rehearsals, meetings, workshops) linked to a project are managed in one unified timeline. This offers global visibility and coordination for teams.
What you can do
- Link multiple events to a single project
- View all sessions and event details from the project dashboard
- Assign resources, set venues, or notify teams directly
How to manage events
- Select the project from the Projects section
- Go to the Events tab
- Click Add event and fill out the form
- Set times, venues, and assign participants or staff
- Save
Tip Use project-linked events to automatically consolidate calendars for teams and guests. Schedule changes will be reflected everywhere a project is linked.
