Managing Project Events

All events (shows, rehearsals, meetings, workshops) linked to a project are managed in one unified timeline. This offers global visibility and coordination for teams.

What you can do

  • Link multiple events to a single project
  • View all sessions and event details from the project dashboard
  • Assign resources, set venues, or notify teams directly

How to manage events

  1. Select the project from the Projects section
  2. Go to the Events tab
  3. Click Add event and fill out the form
  4. Set times, venues, and assign participants or staff
  5. Save

Tip Use project-linked events to automatically consolidate calendars for teams and guests. Schedule changes will be reflected everywhere a project is linked.
