Managing Contact Addresses

With ArtCalendar Pro Pro, you can store, update, and utilize multiple addresses for each contact. This is essential to keep track of home, work, or touring locations for every person in your network.

What you can do

  • Add and update one or more addresses for each contact
  • Select the address type (home, work, travel, hotel, etc.)
  • Use Google Places integration for fast and accurate map lookup
  • Choose a default address for communications and logistics

How to add or update an address

  1. Go to Contacts and select the desired profile
  2. Scroll to the Addresses section
  3. Click Add address or edit an existing entry
  4. Fill in the required fields (type, street, city, country, optional notes)
  5. Save your changes

Using addresses for events

  • When assigning a contact to an event, you can quickly choose any saved address to help logistics
  • Google Places lookup reduces errors when entering address information

Important Always update the current location of touring members (bands, crews, etc.) to avoid mistakes during travel or when sending key documents
