Linking a Contact to a Company

Easily map every business relationship: artist to label, manager to venue, crew to supplier, client to production.

What you can do

• Link a contact to one or more companies
• Define the relationship and role (manager, artist, supplier, sponsor, etc.)
• See all active company links at a glance

How to link

1. From Contacts, select the person's profile
2. Go to the Companies tab
3. Click Add company
4. Choose a company from the list (or create a new company)
5. Specify the relationship or role (e.g., Artist, Supplier)
6. Save

Note A contact can be an artist for a venue and a technician for a supplier at the same time. Update and manage these relationships as your team evolves.
