Managing Emails and Phone Numbers

Every contact profile can store multiple communication channels, ensuring you always reach the right person for every situation.

What you can do

• Add several email addresses (personal, booking, agency, etc.)
• Store multiple phone numbers per contact
• Tag each channel for easy reference ("emergency," "studio," etc.)
• Edit or update information as needed

How to add or update

1. Go to the Contact profile
2. Open the Emails & Phones tab
3. Add, edit, or remove email addresses or phone numbers
4. Assign a tag for each to clarify use
5. Save changes

Tip Review contact details before travel, production, or team events to ensure all information is current.
