Managing Contact Documents

Store contracts, riders, permits, and reference files for every key person. Documents linked to contacts are always accessible and help your team collaborate safely and efficiently.

What you can do

  • Upload one or more documents to any contact profile
  • View, edit, or update uploaded documents anytime
  • Share files across contacts if the same file is needed (rider, certifications, etc.)

How to add or update documents

  1. Go to the profile in Contacts
  2. Open the Documents tab
  3. Click Add document
  4. Select a file to upload and fill in any notes
  5. Save
  6. Download or remove each file as needed

Tip Use document sharing if you need to associate the same rider or certification to more than one person—avoid uploading duplicates.
