Managing Groups for Contacts
Assign people to bands, crews, ensembles, or project teams. Groups provide a flexible way to manage participation in recurring events, productions, or tours.
What you can do
- Add a contact to one or more groups
- Manage roles (member, leader, manager, etc.)
- View the current group compositions for any time period or project
How to assign a group
- Open a profile from Contacts
- Go to the Groups tab
- Click Add to group
- Select an existing group or create a new one
- Specify the role and any notes if needed
- Save
Note The same person can belong to multiple groups—for tours, productions, or as part of multiple ensembles concurrently.
