Managing Groups for Contacts

Assign people to bands, crews, ensembles, or project teams. Groups provide a flexible way to manage participation in recurring events, productions, or tours.

What you can do

  • Add a contact to one or more groups
  • Manage roles (member, leader, manager, etc.)
  • View the current group compositions for any time period or project

How to assign a group

  1. Open a profile from Contacts
  2. Go to the Groups tab
  3. Click Add to group
  4. Select an existing group or create a new one
  5. Specify the role and any notes if needed
  6. Save

Note The same person can belong to multiple groups—for tours, productions, or as part of multiple ensembles concurrently.
